1. Introduction Welcome to A R Waines Electrical (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and installation of renewable energy products and services, ensuring compliance with TrustMark and MCS requirements. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
2. Scope of Work We specialize in the supply, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems, including but not limited to:

Solar thermal hot water systems
We will provide a full written proposal outlining the scope of work, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
3. Quality Assurance

All installations are carried out by certified professionals in accordance with the standards set by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and TrustMark.

Our materials and components meet or exceed industry standards, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
4. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

Cooling-Off Period: Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of signing, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Access to Property: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their property for the duration of the installation.

Payment Terms: Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract. Final payment is due upon completion of the work and customer satisfaction.
5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations.

Manufacturer warranties for individual components will be detailed in the contract.
6. Complaints Procedure We are committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. If you have any concerns, please follow these steps:

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or supply chain issues.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
